Table of contents:
A grouping of Place descriptions. Should mostly be fifth level (organization, institution or street address) places. Fourth level (cities) and above should likely just reference to the Wikipedia page directly as they are of such general, wide interest.
Common here will be key institutions important to a family such as cemeteries, churches or other important locations. Most are listed to the right in the table of contents of additional place pages.
